Open-Gym-Sessions sind für diejenigen Mitglieder, die das Open-Gym-Only oder das Open-Gym-Add-on haben. Diese Einheiten werden nicht von einem Trainer geleitet und sind für selbständiges trainieren gedacht. Egal, ob du Zeit brauchst eine bestimmte Übung zu verbessern oder einfach nur dein eigenes Program machen möchtest - Open Gym ist ideal für dich.
